Privacy Policy

Social Automation Hub ("the App") helps the account owner automate direct-message workflows (such as delivering free educational guides) on Instagram and Facebook accounts they own and connect.

Data we collect

• Meta account identifiers and access tokens for accounts you connect.
• Messages and comments sent to your connected accounts, used only to match your workflow keywords and send your configured replies.
• Basic login credentials: your admin username/password, or your name, email address and Google account ID when you sign in with Google.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate your automation workflows. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

Tokens and message logs are stored only as long as your account stays connected. Disconnect an account in the dashboard to stop collection; see Data Deletion Instructions to request full deletion.
